We are developing a cutting-edge Loyalty and Rewards app that integrates NFTs as a membership layer. Users can earn NFTs, points, and cash back by answering surveys, sharing shopping data, and purchasing via affiliate links from brands. Our goal is to create a seamless, engaging, and visually appealing experience across Android, iOS, and web platforms.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer with strong UX/UI design skills to join our team. You will be working closely with our Engineering lead, who is proficient in Python and familiar with Flutter, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed. The backend and endpoints are ready, allowing for immediate testing as the app is built.

Key Responsibilities:

    Flutter Development:
        Develop, test, and deploy the app across Android, iOS, and web platforms using Flutter.
        Ensure the app is responsive, high-performing, and bug-free.
        Integrate APIs and backend services provided by the engineering team.

    UX/UI Design:
        Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces based on provided design sketches.
        Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms.
        Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve the design.

    Collaboration:
        Work closely with the Engineering lead and other team members to understand requirements and deliverables.
        Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on progress.
        Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:

    Technical Skills:
        Proven experience in Flutter development for Android, iOS, and web applications.
        Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
        Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
        Proficient in mobile and web app development best practices.

    Design Skills:
        Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design experience.
        Ability to translate rough design sketches into high-fidelity prototypes.
        Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
        Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

    Soft Skills:
        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
        Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
        Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
        Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with NFT and blockchain technology.
    Familiarity with loyalty and rewards systems.
    Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
