Responsibilities:

    Daily Community Management: Engage with our Instagram community by responding to comments and messages, and interacting with followers to build strong relationships.
    Content Strategy: Develop and implement a compelling content strategy that aligns with our brand and goals.
    Posting: Create and post a minimum of 2 posts daily, including stories, reels, and feed content.
    Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, beauty industry updates, and competitor activities to keep our content fresh and relevant.
    Content Ideation: Brainstorm and suggest innovative content ideas for our team to record and produce, ensuring a mix of educational, promotional, and entertaining content.
    Educational Content: Create informative and educational posts to engage and educate our audience about our services, products, and industry trends.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
    Instagram Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram and its features, including stories, reels, and IGTV.
    Creativity: Creative mindset with excellent visual and written communication skills.
    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to optimize performance.
    Trend Awareness: Knowledge of current trends and the ability to adapt quickly.
    Team Player: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with our team.
