About the Role:
Editr Apps is a fast-growing AI photo editing startup that helps casual users achieve high-quality photography effortlessly. With thousands of daily users, we need a strategic and data-driven Growth Manager to continuously improve our apps. Your role will be to analyze our own and competitor apps, identify opportunities for growth, and work with our developers and designers to implement impactful changes.

This is a fixed-budget, full-time position ideal for someone passionate about early-stage product growth and mobile app marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
App Store Optimization (ASO) & Listing Management

    Manage App Store & Google Play optimization for all localizations to maximize discoverability.
    Analyze and refine keywords, descriptions, titles, and metadata for better rankings.
    Optimize custom product pages & store listings to improve conversion rates.

App Store Feature & Design Strategy

    Provide strategic guidance on App Store screenshots (designer will handle execution).
    Develop a feature request strategy to increase the chances of getting featured on App Stores.

Competitor Analysis & Strategy Development

    Conduct competitive research to identify successful features & trends in similar apps.
    Generate ideas based on competitor insights and present actionable plans to the CEO & team.

In-App Engagement & Monetization

    Develop and execute strategies for In-App Events to improve user retention and engagement.
    Plan and optimize push notifications to drive re-engagement and monetization.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

    Create and maintain monthly reports tracking key metrics and app performance.
    Participate in weekly strategy calls to align with the team on next steps and priorities.

Who You Are:

    Proven experience in App Growth, ASO, or Mobile Marketing (not a beginner).
    Strong understanding of App Store & Google Play algorithms, ranking factors, and user behavior.
    Data-driven mindset with experience using ASO tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction.
    Ability to communicate ideas clearly to a team of developers, designers, and executives.
    Experience in AI/photo editing apps is a plus!
