Position Overview: As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content on Instagram. Your goal is to generate organic growth, build a vibrant online community, and drive brand awareness. If you have a flair for content creation and a knack for growing social media presence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram that reflects our brand's aesthetic and values. This includes photos, videos, and captions.

    Content Planning: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts. Plan posts around key dates, promotions, and product launches.

    Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and interacting with followers. Build relationships and foster a sense of community.

    Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to drive organic growth. Utilize hashtags, collaborations, and other tactics to increase our follower base and engagement rates.

    Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of posts and campaigns. Use insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.

Your Plan to Grow Our Social Media Presence:

    Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that includes a mix of product showcases, behind-the-scenes looks at our lamp manufacturing process, customer testimonials, and home decor tips. Use Instagram Stories and Reels to create engaging short-form content.

    Collaborations: Partner with in fluencers, home decor enthusiasts, and complementary brands to reach new audiences. Plan collaborative posts, giveaways, and features.

    User-Generated Content: Encourage customers to share their own photos and videos of our lamps in their homes. Re post user-generated content to build trust and authenticity.

    Engagement Tactics: Use interactive features such as polls, Q&A sessions, and quizzes to engage with our audience. Host live sessions to showcase new products and answer customer questions.

    Storytelling: Share the story behind our lamp designs and manufacturing process. Highlight the craftsmanship and unique aspects of our products to create an emotional connection with our audience.

    Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy. Adapt to new features and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

    Performance Metrics: Regularly review Instagram Insights and other analytics tools to track growth, engagement, and content performance. Use this data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
    Strong understanding of social media strategies and trends.
    Excellent content creation skills, including photography and copy writing.
    Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
