Key Responsibilities:

Group Track Management: Utilize Group Track to efficiently manage and track interactions, ensuring effective group growth.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential group members through comments, direct messages, and posts to build relationships and encourage participation.
Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and analyze group growth metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve growth targets.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content that attracts and retains group members, fostering a vibrant and active community.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align group growth strategies with overall company objectives.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management and group growth.
Requirements:
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing Facebook groups and increasing engagement.
Expertise in Group Track: Proficiency in using Group Track for setup and ongoing management.
Client Engagement Skills: Strong understanding of target client identification and effective engagement strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with potential and existing group members.
Content Creation: Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail to manage group interactions and content effectively.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
CRM Experience: Experience with High Level CRM is a plus.
