Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Manager with expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will help drive traffic, boost engagement, and maximize conversions for our brand. Experience with other online advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

    Meta Ads Management:
        Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
        Design targeted campaigns to reach specific demographics and customer personas.
        Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
    Creative Collaboration:
        Work with designers to develop eye-catching creatives and ad copy.
        A/B test creatives and messaging to identify the best-performing variations.
    Audience Targeting:
        Build custom audiences using platform tools and third-party data.
        Leverage retar geting and lookalike audiences to drive conversions.
    Budget Management:
        Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum return without overspending.
        Provide regular reports on ad spend, revenue, and overall campaign performance.
    Other Online Advertising:
        Support additional platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads as needed.
        Collaborate on strategies for omni channel advertising campaigns.

Key Qualifications:

    Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable success.
    Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Audience Insights.
    Analytical skills with a focus on interpreting ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
    Experience with other platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
