Our company is seeking a talented freelance designer to create production specification panels and mock-ups for sublimation hockey jerseys. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and have a keen interest and experience in designing hockey jerseys or other team uniforms.
Responsibilities:

    Create sublimation hockey jersey designs based on provided email descriptions, design briefs, and logos.
    Develop the initial production spec panels in Adobe Illustrator using a size 56 hockey jersey as a base, following the supplied template.
    Prepare a vector drawing mock-up of the initial design on the provided template.
    Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to the designs as requested.
    Once designs are approved, apply the final design to all jersey panels for a full range of sizes (typically 7 different jersey sizes + 2 sock sizes).
    Maintain proactive communication via email, phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp regarding revisions, changes, and status updates.

Requirements:

    High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong experience in vector-based design.
    Previous experience in creating sublimation hockey jersey designs or other types of team uniforms is preferred.
    Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in producing manufacturing-ready designs.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly to feedback and make revisions efficiently.
    Availability to work on a freelance basis, with hours varying based on seasonal demand (typically between July and March), ranging from a few hours up to 40 hours per week as needed.
    Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
