Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B digital marketing specialist to manage and optimize our LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Enterprise B2B marketing (long sales cycles!). The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Analytics to measure performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights. Experience with HubSpot is a major advantage.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
✅ Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and LinkedIn insights.
✅ Implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
✅ Optimize audience targeting based on industry trends and buyer personas.
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
✅ Track and report on marketing attribution to demonstrate impact on revenue.
Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in LinkedIn Ads management for B2B enterprises.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
✔️ Understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles and lead nurturing.
✔️ Experience with HubSpot CRM & marketing automation (BIG plus!).
✔️ Ability to optimize ad spend and maximize campaign effectiveness.
✔️ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
