About Us:
We are a prominent 9-figure brand seeking to launch a major influencer marketing campaign. Our initial sample launch will involve 175 creators, with plans to scale to over 1,000 creators after the first four months. We are looking for a highly experienced influencer management and campaign specialist to drive this ambitious project.

Responsibilities:

    Campaign Strategy: Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and targets.
    Creator Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier influencers for the initial campaign and scale to a larger network as the campaign progresses.
    Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely content delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
    Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that resonates with their audience and promotes our brand effectively.
    Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
    Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
    Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale influencer marketing campaigns, ideally for major brands.
    Influencer Network: Extensive network and experience in working with a wide range of influencers across various platforms.
    Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously.
    Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive decision-making and optimization.
    Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

    Experience with large-scale influencer campaigns, particularly those involving hundreds to thousands of creators.
    Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
