Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who possesses a blend of analytical and creative skills. This role involves overseeing all customer-facing platforms, including websites, social media, and online promotions. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring the effective management of all marketing projects.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Update and maintain all customer-facing company platforms, including three company websites, YouTube, and social media accounts.
Ensure the most up-to-date information for all manufacturer products listed online.
Product Launches:
Oversee the launch and addition of new products to external websites and coordinate rollouts to sales teams.
Content Design and Management:
Design and maintain site content pages, ensuring a user-friendly experience that accurately represents the company's products, solutions, and services.
Create user-friendly content to assist the customer journey.
Generate SEO-targeted content to drive traffic and enhance visibility.
Content Creation:
Develop new video and image content to support marketing initiatives.
Design and produce various content types, including digital and print collateral, presentations, social media graphics, event invitations, advertisements, and email campaigns.
Performance Monitoring:
Test and report on website performance to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Team Management:
Manage and supervise marketing department staff, including conducting annual performance evaluations and overseeing staff training and development.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and manage all marketing-related promotions and projects from inception to execution.
Coordinate with external web developers and third-party providers to maximize site traffic and SEO.
CRM Maintenance:
Aid in understanding and maintaining the company CRM tool.
Cross-Training:
Cross-train with other marketing functions to provide support and backup as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content management.
Experience with website design and maintenance, social media management, and content creation.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with video and graphic design software is a plus.
