Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Onboarding:
        Source, screen, and recruit commercial truck drivers.
        Prepare and post job ads online.
        Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule candidate interviews.
        Process background checks and maintain the candidate database.
        Assist with onboarding, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
    Administrative Support:
        Handle clerical duties such as answering emails, drafting offer letters, and assisting with payroll.
        Check timesheets, logs, incident reports, and other office documents daily.
        Schedule and conduct weekly status calls to review current and upcoming plans.
        Provide support via phone and email during after-hours as needed.
    General Office Duties:
        Ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks and recruitments under tight deadlines.
        Maintain records and resolve issues (e.g., interview cancellations) promptly.
        Assist with onboarding, ensuring all documents and orientations are properly executed.

Skills & Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a recruiting-related role.
    Strong understanding of hiring practices, including screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding.
    Experience using ATS, Indeed, and social networks for full-cycle recruiting.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and think outside the box.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

    Flexible availability during US Pacific Time business hours and after-hours when required.
    Fluent English communication skills.
