Description: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Expert to join our team and manage our digital advertising accounts. You will work alongside an SEA/SMA expert with 10 years of experience to oversee and optimize our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest. Your role will involve daily operations, optimizations, and maintaining a comprehensive overview of our digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

    Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest.
    Oversee day-to-day operations of paid media accounts to ensure optimal performance.
    Collaborate with the SEA/SMA expert to develop and execute strategic campaigns.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
    Maintain a helicopter overview of website optimizations, lead hooks, audience segmentation, and overall digital strategy.
    Identify opportunities for improvements and implement changes to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing goals.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape and paid media best practices.
    Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
    Experience with website optimizations, lead generation strategies, and audience targeting.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

    Expertise in SEA/SMA and a deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms.
    Experience in managing budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
    Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
