Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation: Produce engaging and interactive video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
    Sourcing Material: Source video footage, images, and voice overs needed for content creation.
    Editing: Edit videos to ensure high quality and professional presentation.
    Script Writing: Write compelling scripts and voice over content that highlight the features and benefits of our properties and services.
    Posting: Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
    Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages to engage with our audience and build community.
    Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of the content and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience in creating and editing video content for social media platforms.
    Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and tools for creating interactive content.
    Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
    Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Understanding of Social Media: Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices for engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Background: Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
