We are looking for an experienced Telegram bot developer to build a highly custom AI-powered customer service bot for our Telegram group. The bot should be able to auto-respond to messages, be highly customizable, and be trained on our own data and documents to ensure accurate responses.

Key Features & Requirements:

🔹 AI-Powered Responses – The bot should intelligently respond to user inquiries using a custom-trained AI model based on our internal documentation.

🔹 Advanced Customization – Ability to configure different response rules, keywords, and user interactions.

🔹 Group & DM Support – The bot should function inside the group and optionally respond to direct messages.

🔹 Data Training & Integration – Capability to train the bot with our own data, FAQs, manuals, and company documents.

🔹 Moderation & Permissions – Ability to restrict responses to certain users or roles (e.g., admins can override responses).

🔹 Webhook/API Integration – Connect with our CRM, database, or other internal tools as needed.

🔹 Multi-Language Support – (Optional) Ability to respond in multiple languages.

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Strong experience with Telegram bot development (Python, Node.js, or other suitable languages)

✔️ Familiarity with NLP and AI chatbot development (OpenAI API, Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.)

✔️ Ability to train and fine-tune models using custom datasets

✔️ Experience with webhooks, APIs, and integrating bots with external databases

✔️ Strong understanding of Telegram Bot API & Telegram group dynamics
