Objective:
We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to develop and execute creative-centric content arbitrage campaigns. Your focus will be on producing engaging ad creatives and launching campaigns to drive performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development

    Design, test, and refine high-quality ad creatives (images, videos, and copy).
    Innovate continuously to boost click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversions.

Campaign Launch (Phased Responsibility)

    Launch 30 new campaigns weekly across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other relevant networks.
    Conduct initial creative testing and identify top-performing campaigns for scaling.

Performance Monitoring

    Provide basic feedback on which campaigns yield positive ROI.
    Collaborate with the team to share data-driven insights that refine creative strategies.

Compensation

    Fixed Monthly Fee: $200-$300.
    Performance-Based Commission: 10% of profits generated by your campaigns.

Experience

    Proven track record in media buying and creative production, particularly in arbitrage or similar performance-driven environments.
