Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to help launch our new product and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns, with the ability to reach a wide audience and generate significant sales.

Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive Facebook advertising strategy to launch our new product.
    Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to reach the target audience effectively.
    Design compelling ad creatives and copy that engage potential customers and drive conversions.
    Conduct market research to identify key demographics and audience segments.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
    Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and sales.
    Stay up-to-date with Facebook's advertising policies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
    Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
    Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad placement, and bidding strategies.
    Ability to create high-quality ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
    Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
    Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise reports and recommendations.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience launching new products online.
    Background in e-commerce or digital marketing.
    Familiarity with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter) is a plus.
