A business owner is seeking a fast, reliable, and skilled Shopify expert to provide ongoing technical support and enhance her Shopify site. The role involves addressing immediate technical issues, improving the website's layout, and implementing features that boost user engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Shopify site promptly.
    Add new features and enhancements to the website to improve user experience and drive sales.
    Implement and configure Shopify apps that enhance site functionality (e.g., sales notifications, cart upsells).
    Collaborate with the business owner to understand her needs and provide technical solutions that align with her goals.
    Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in Shopify development and technical support.
    Strong understanding of Shopify’s platform, themes, and apps.
    Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    Experience with Shopify app integrations and customizations.
    Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:
