Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution

    Make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily to potential clients, promoting our security and IT services.
    Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and progress in ClickUp CRM.

Proposal and Bid Management

    Identify and pursue opportunities on bid platforms relevant to the security and IT sectors.
    Develop and submit polished and comprehensive responses to RFQs, RFIs, and other client requests.

Customer Engagement

    Handle inbound customer calls professionally, gathering key details and providing effective solutions.
    Coordinate with technicians and relevant departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

Marketing and Branding

    Create and schedule engaging social media content using tools like ChatGPT to drive brand awareness.
    Align digital marketing campaigns with broader sales objectives to boost online engagement and lead generation.

Performance Tracking and Analysis

    Generate weekly and monthly reports tracking sales and marketing performance against KPIs.
    Analyze sales trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Strategic Contribution

    Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative strategies for expanding our client base.
