Key Responsibilities:

    Trademark Filing:
        Prepare and file trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) based on instructions provided.
        Ensure accuracy and completeness of all application documents.

    Timely Filing:
        File applications within 3 days of receiving instructions from our firm.

    Communication:
        Maintain clear and prompt communication with our firm regarding the status of filings and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

    Legal Expertise:
        Licensed to practice law in the United States with a specialization or strong experience in trademark law.

    Experience:
        Proven experience in preparing and filing trademark applications with the USPTO.

    Efficiency:
        Ability to handle multiple filings and meet strict deadlines.

    Attention to Detail:
        Meticulous in preparing application documents to ensure compliance with USPTO requirements.
