Location: Remote, with experience in California

We are seeking an experienced and independent Interior Designer to collaborate on creating detailed interior designs for custom homes and ADUs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential design and a keen eye for delivering creative, detailed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

    Develop comprehensive interior designs for custom homes, including mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed materials lists.
    Collaborate directly with clients, offering tailored solutions for finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and materials.
    Ensure designs meet California interior standards and follow best practices.
    Create realistic, detailed visuals using Revit and Enscape.
    Source materials from a network of vendors in California and the US.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in custom home interior design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
    Familiarity with California vendors and US suppliers for sourcing materials.
    Experience working in California with knowledge of interior design regulations and industry standards.
    Proficiency in Revit and Enscape for design visualizations.
    Fluent English with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Deliverables:

    Interior design specification packages including:
        Simple plans
        Mood boards
        3D renderings
        Materials lists (finishes, fixtures, furnishings)

Compensation:

    Fees are structured per room as follows:
        $200 per bathroom design
        $250 per kitchen design
        $15 per hour for other areas (e.g., stairs, living rooms, bedrooms)

This role provides flexibility, allowing you to take on multiple projects based on your availability and maximize earnings.
