Description:

We are seeking a professional Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our email campaigns. This role involves sending out provided emails to provided contacts, tracking key metrics, and managing subscriber lists. This is a long-term position as we plan to send over 100 emails to various subscribers and constantly add more contacts to promote our art and events.
Responsibilities:

    Email Campaign Execution:
        Send provided emails to provided contacts using an email plugin integrated with our WordPress website (air vear.com).
        Ensure emails are sent from the official email address associated with our website.

    Tracking and Reporting:
        Provide data on the following metrics:
            Number of emails sent
            Number of emails that went to spam
            Number of emails opened
            Number of link clicks in the email
            Number of bounced emails
            Number of people who unsubscribed

    Subscriber Management:
        Ensure all contacts who receive emails are automatically added to our subscriber lists, with an option to unsubscribe.
        Categorize subscribers into four groups: Galleries, Artists, Attendees, and Venue Owners.
        Maintain and update the subscriber lists regularly.

Requirements:

    Email Marketing Experience: Proven experience in managing email campaigns and using email marketing tools/plugins.
    WordPress Proficiency: Experience with WordPress and installing/configuring plugins.
    Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance.
    Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate sending and tracking of emails.
    Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills to handle subscriber interactions and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with Art and Event Promotion: Background in promoting art or events through email marketing.
    Knowledge of Email Deliver ability Best Practices: Understanding how to optimize email campaigns to avoid spam filters and improve deliver

ability.
    Familiarity with Email Marketing Tools: Experience with popular email marketing tools like Mail chimp, Send in blue, or similar platforms.
