We are seeking 2 skilled freelancers to join our team and support the management of our startups through media management and virtual assistance.
Role 1: Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Create, schedule, and post engaging content.
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Design eye-catching visuals using Canva.
Set up and optimize Meta Business Suite accounts.
Desired Skills:
Expertise in social media platforms.
Experience with Facebook Ads and Ads Manager.
Video creation and editing.
Graphic design for logos, business cards, and newsletters.
Familiarity with Shopify and landing page creation.
Role 2: Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
Email management and scheduling appointments.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Updating and maintaining websites.
Assisting with event, campaign, and project planning.
Using tools like Trello for task organization.
Preparing business analysis and insights.
Desired Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Trello, and Canva.
Proficiency in site administration and planning.
Ability to create marketing materials and newsletters.
General Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and/or virtual assistance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
