While all properties are in the same building, some listings outperform others, and we need a specialist to analyze, optimize, and balance occupancy and revenue across all listings.

✔ Analyze Booking.com algorithms to identify key ranking factors

2️⃣ Listing Optimization Strategy

✔ Recommend titles, descriptions, and structure improvements to increase conversions

✔ Suggest photo enhancements and staging upgrades to boost visual appeal

✔ Identify amenities or small improvements to increase guest interest and bookings

✔ Provide strategies to improve guest reviews, response rates, and visibility

3️⃣ Implementation & Testing

✔ Guide us in making data-driven adjustments across all listings

✔ Monitor the impact of changes and refine strategies as needed

✔ Provide a structured report with recommendations for ongoing success
