Position: Growth Marketer for Lead Generation

About Us:
We are seeking an experienced growth marketer to help unlock our marketing potential and generate solid leads. Our target market includes trades owners with revenue between $500k to $2mm, and we offer a coaching program that combines operational models, AI support, and in-person coaching.

Budget: $1000 per month to start, with potential increases based on performance.

Position Overview:
As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing social media, executing media buying campaigns, conducting cold email marketing, and building our follower base on LinkedIn and Instagram. Your ultimate goal is to generate actual leads for coaches, consultants, and agencies, and you will be compensated based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:
        Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for our coaching program.
        Use tools like LinkedIn automation, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Go High Level to identify and reach potential clients.

    Social Media Management:
        Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
        Create and curate engaging content to attract and retain followers.

    Media Buying:
        Plan and execute media buying campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
        Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and generate quality leads.

    Cold Email Marketing:
        Develop and implement cold email campaigns to reach potential clients.
        Track and analyze email performance to improve open and conversion rates.

    Follower Growth:
        Implement strategies to build and grow our follower base on LinkedIn and Instagram.
        Engage with followers and potential clients to build relationships and drive conversions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Proven experience in generating leads for coaches, consultants, and agencies.
    Strong skills in social media management and media buying for Facebook and Instagram.
    Experience with cold email marketing and LinkedIn automation tools.
    Ability to build and grow follower bases on LinkedIn and Instagram.
    Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    Results-oriented with a focus on generating actual leads and driving conversions.
