Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Advertising Manager to lead our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and analytics to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

    Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to meet business objectives.
    Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
    Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad visuals.
    Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and analysis.

Strategy and Planning:

    Create and manage PPC strategies, including budget allocation, bid management, and targeting strategies.
    Develop and present comprehensive PPC campaign plans to stakeholders.
    Stay current with Google Ads updates and industry trends.

Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
    Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
    Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Optimization:

    Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and landing pages.
    Implement and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage past visitors.
    Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
    Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
    Partner with the sales team to ensure ad campaigns drive quality leads.

Budget Management:

    Manage and allocate budgets across multiple campaigns and channels.
    Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving performance goals.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Google Advertising Manager or similar role.
    In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and best practices.
    Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong project management and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Google Ads certification.
    Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
    Familiarity with SEO and SEM.
    Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing.
