About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with over 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. You'll work closely with clients to develop and execute social media plans and campaigns that enhance engagement and visibility for our services.
Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Campaigns: Develop well-constructed social media plans/campaigns across all platforms with a focus on real estate recruitment.

    Content Creation: Create engaging posts featuring market insights and education on our services. Edit and create engaging videos and reels to capture the audience's attention.

    Monthly Content Calendar: Develop a calendar outlining captions, images, and videos for the month.

    Graphic Design/Video Creation: Utilize graphic design skills to produce visually appealing content, including infographics, image collages, and video edits.

    Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

    SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO strategies into social media campaigns to improve organic ranking.

    Fluent Communication: Write posts with excellent English fluency and attention to detail, utilizing AI for caption generation and hashtag optimization.

Candidate Criteria:

    Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a social media manager in the real estate or recruitment industry, with a proven track record of designing and executing effective campaigns.

    Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create engaging posts across platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

    Graphic Design Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing, with experience creating social media visuals (infographics, tiling, image collages, video reels, etc.).

    SEO Knowledge: Experience optimizing posts and campaigns for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.

    Excellent English: Exceptional written communication skills, with attention to grammar and fluency.
