We recently started running Facebook ads for a new funnel, selling tickets to live in-person events. Our first event just wrapped up, and we learned a lot. Now, we're ready to move on to the second one after a 4+ year break due to lockdowns. We would like a consultation regarding how things are going and what suggestions you have for improvement.

Additionally, if you were starting from scratch, what would you do—from ads to sales page and beyond?

Time is of the essence, as our next event is in 10 weeks. We'll be hosting events every month or so afterward, so this could be an ongoing gig if you're producing results.

We had a good FB ads person who had a medical issue and then went AWOL, so there is some good data and so-so success to build on and improve. I also have a great VA that is publishing and monitoring our FB ads, plus a good copywriter. What we need is more experience and expertise, as well as strategy around the entire funnel.
