Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Python Coding and AI Coach to introduce children to the fundamentals of programming in Python and basic concepts of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python and AI, coupled with experience in teaching or mentoring kids. Your role will involve creating engaging, interactive, and fun learning experiences that inspire curiosity and foster a love for coding.
Key Responsibilities:

    Teaching Python Fundamentals: Develop and deliver lessons that cover the basics of Python programming, including syntax, data types, control structures, functions, and libraries.
    Introducing AI Concepts: Present fundamental artificial intelligence concepts in a way that is accessible and engaging for children, including machine learning, data handling, and real-world applications of AI.
    Interactive Learning: Create a fun and interactive learning environment using games, projects, and hands-on activities to keep students motivated and excited about coding.
    Lesson Planning: Design and adapt lesson plans based on the age and skill level of the students, ensuring clarity and engagement.
    Assessing Progress: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage their development and interest in programming.
    Creating a Positive Atmosphere: Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas.

Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    Experience:
        Strong understanding of Python programming and artificial intelligence concepts.
        Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching children in a technical subject.
    Skills:
        Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
        Patience and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
        Creative approach to lesson delivery and problem-solving.
