We are seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Promotion Specialist to drive brand awareness, educate our audience, and foster engagement.
Overview

This role requires a creative and strategic marketer with strong proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and an understanding of compliance within the healthcare industry. As you’ll be crafting campaigns in a regulated space, adhering to TGA advertising guidelines is crucial.

You’ll work approximately 15-20 hours per week to begin, managing our social media channels, creating impactful content, and optimizing campaigns to reach and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities

    Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness and client engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    Content Creation:
    Create compelling, visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and captions) that resonates with our target audience and complies with TGA guidelines.
    Social Media Management:
    Schedule and manage daily posts, ensuring consistent and relevant content delivery. Respond to comments and messages professionally, fostering a strong community connection.
    Campaign Optimization:
    Analyze social media metrics to assess performance, refine strategies, and optimize results.
    Paid Advertising:
    Leverage platforms like Meta and Google Ads to create and manage paid campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

    Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.
    Proficient in Canva and other design tools for creating professional graphics and videos.
    Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including their advertising features.
    Understanding of Australian TGA advertising guidelines (guidelines will be provided upon hiring).
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
    Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

    Experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
    Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
    Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
