Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist & Developer to help set up and integrate our email marketing system using Loops.so, Stripe, and Xano. This role requires proficiency in setting up webhooks and APIs to create custom audiences and automate email marketing workflows based on user data and payment status.

Responsibilities:

    Integrate Loops.so with Stripe and Xano to streamline our email marketing efforts.
    Set up webhooks and APIs to ensure seamless data flow between Loops.so, Stripe, and Xano.
    Create and manage custom audiences, including new users, new subscribers, churned subscribers, and other necessary segments.
    Develop automated email campaigns tailored to each custom audience to enhance engagement and retention.
    Ensure all user data is accurately captured and utilized to drive personalized email marketing strategies.
    Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
    Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in setting up and integrating email marketing platforms with payment and backend systems.
    Proficiency in using Loops.so for email marketing.
    Experience with Stripe and Xano, including setting up and managing webhooks and APIs.
    Strong understanding of data segmentation and audience creation.
    Ability to create automated workflows and email campaigns based on user behavior and payment status.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    Familiarity with email marketing best practices and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

    Experience with other email marketing platforms and tools.
    Knowledge of additional integration tools and techniques.
    Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
