Description:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard creation, and business intelligence. This role is essential in transforming our data into actionable insights and enhancing our decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
    Gather and analyze data from various sources to build comprehensive reports.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    Develop and implement data models, KPIs, and metrics in Power BI.
    Optimize and maintain existing Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy.
    Integrate Power BI reports with other business applications.
    Train and support end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
    Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and advancements.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or in a similar role.
    Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
    Experience in data visualization and creating interactive dashboards.
    Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
    Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

    Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI.
    Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
    Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS will be a plus.
    Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
    Strong project management skills.
