We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team and oversee the growth and management of our Data Provider Community. This is a key role in a rapidly growing company at the intersection of crypto and finance. The successful candidate will play a critical part in establishing and nurturing relationships with top-tier trading firms and exchanges globally while driving the expansion of our data network.

Key Responsibilities:

    Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for trading firms, exchanges, and data providers globally, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
    Onboarding & Integration: Assist the technical team in facilitating the seamless onboarding of new data providers to the network, ensuring the integration of diverse asset classes.
    Governance & Protocols: Manage and uphold governance models and protocols. Collect feedback, analyze contributions, and implement systems to reward and incentivize active participation.
    Community Engagement: Collaborate with Community Managers to enhance the engagement and visibility of the network. Drive participation through events, social media initiatives, and other brand-building activities.
    System Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee the monitoring of system performance, ensuring efficiency and resolving any issues promptly.
    Due Diligence & Compliance: Support the due diligence process and assist in the onboarding of new participants, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, business development, or account management, preferably within fintech startups or related sectors (e.g., banking, exchanges, crypto trading).
    Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with trading firms, trading desks, investment banking, or buy/sell-side trading. A deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
    Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of cryptocurrency fundamentals, including wallet usage, sending/receiving tokens, tracking transactions via blockchain explorers, and staking.
    Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
    Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
