We are looking for a talented and creative 3D/Fake 3D Designer to help us create four distinct mock-ups for an upcoming gaming event. These mock-ups will play a crucial role in a presentation deck to visually convey the space design and experience. If you’re skilled at delivering high-quality visuals quickly and have an eye for detail, we’d love to collaborate with you on this one-off project!
Project Overview

    Mock-Up 1: Overall Event Look and Feel
        Objective: Capture the essence and atmosphere of the event.
        Requirements: Design inspired by an existing brand guideline.

    Mock-Up 2: Large Booth
        Size: ~150 square meters.
        Objective: Showcase the layout, visitor flow, and concept of a large booth.
        Details: Booth concept will be shared upon selection.

    Mock-Up 3: Medium Booth
        Size: ~75 square meters.
        Objective: Illustrate the layout and visitor flow for a medium-sized booth.
        Details: Booth concept will be shared upon selection.

    Mock-Up 4: Small Booth
        Size: ~40 square meters.
        Objective: Visualize the layout and visitor flow for a small booth.
        Details: Booth concept will be shared upon selection.

Deliverables

    High-quality 3D or fake 3D mock-ups that align with the provided guidelines and event concept.
    Final mock-ups optimized for embedding in a presentation deck.
    Deadline: All designs must be approved by Wednesday, December 4th.

Qualifications

    Proven experience in 3D or fake 3D design, particularly for events or spatial planning.
    Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
    Strong understanding of brand guidelines and spatial layouts.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
