Job Overview:
I am looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Assistant to help expand and manage the online presence of my real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong command of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content that draws in and converts potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and produce engaging social media posts, stories, and videos showcasing property listings, market trends, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Promptly respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
Branding: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
Engagement & Growth: Implement creative strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive traffic to the business website.
Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, leads) to measure campaign success and refine strategies.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date on real estate market trends and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably within the real estate industry.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to analyze data and make strategic content decisions.
A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Contract Type:
