Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

    Develop Instagram posts and stories that effectively capture and leverage the emotion present in our summer camp photos.
    Create Instagram Reels showcasing the energy and excitement of the camp experience, focusing on engaging both current and prospective camp families.
    Design Facebook/Instagram Carousel posts that are interactive and aimed at boosting engagement and community interaction.
    Craft posts that resonate with parents who may have learned about the camp program after it ended, encouraging them to consider future participation.

Visual Editing:

    Process and enhance photos and videos provided, ensuring they are optimized for social media platforms.
    Utilize tools to add captions, overlays, and other visual elements that will enhance the storytelling aspect of the posts.

Strategy and Optimization:

    Work with us to understand the brand voice and messaging goals to ensure consistency across all posts.
    Provide insights on the best times to post and suggest strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
    Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring that it is tailored to the specific audience on each.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and Facebook.
    Strong video editing skills, with experience creating engaging Instagram Reels and Facebook/Instagram Carousels.
