We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our email marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will create strategic email content, design visually appealing templates, set up automated workflows, and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results.

Responsibilities:

    Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
    Content Creation: Write compelling and engaging email copy that resonates with our target audience and encourages action.
    Template Design: Design visually appealing and responsive email templates that enhance user experience across devices.
    Automation: Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and drive conversions.
    Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
    A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
    Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
    Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail chimp, Kla viyo, Hub Spot).
    Excellent copy writing skills with a focus on crafting engaging and persuasive email content.
    Experience with designing email templates using HTML/CSS or drag-and-drop editors.
    Ability to set up and manage email automation workflows.
    Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliver ability.
    Familiarity with compliance requirements for email marketing.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
