        Optimize channel layout and descriptions for better audience retention and engagement.

    Competitor Analysis:
        Analyze successful YouTube channels in our niche to understand their SEO strategies.
        Identify market gaps and recommend content opportunities to capture untapped audiences.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
        Use tools like TubeBuddy, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio to track video performance.
        Provide actionable insights based on analytics to refine strategies and improve results.

    Stay Current:
        Monitor and adapt to YouTube algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on YouTube optimization.
    Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, TubeBuddy, or similar platforms.
    Comprehensive understanding of YouTube’s ranking algorithms and video discoverability factors.
    Strong research and analytical skills for content strategy development.
