I run a successful YouTube channel (8,500+ subscribers) that helps people grow their Amazon KDP business and offers KDP tips: YouTube Link. My channel is monetized through YouTube ad revenue, affiliate links, brand deals, and a £299.99 Amazon KDP course (Self-Publishing Accelerator), which offers advanced-level KDP content and access to me via a private "accelerator" Discord.

I'm looking for a Funnel Optimization Specialist to help convert more of my subscribers and community members into paid customers for this course, while maintaining my hands-off approach to coaching.
Key Responsibilities:

    Funnel Analysis & Optimization:
        Review my current funnel, which begins with a free 3.5-hour YouTube KDP course driving viewers to my free Discord community.
        Identify areas for improvement to maximize conversions to the paid course.

    Lead Nurturing Strategies:
        Develop strategies to nurture leads in the Discord community and email list, driving them toward purchasing my £299.99 course.
        Create engaging, automated, and scalable systems to improve conversion rates.

    Automated Conversion Tactics:
        Build or optimize automated sequences (email, Discord engagement) that encourage the transition from free content to paid course enrollment.
        Implement best practices to align with my goal of hands-off coaching using advanced video content and private Discord access.

    Collaboration:
        Work closely with me to refine nurturing sequences and create engagement tactics for both Discord and email subscribers.
        Ensure these strategies align with my overall vision of keeping the course accessible without direct, time-consuming 1-on-1 coaching.

Qualifications:

    Proven track record in funnel optimization for digital course creators (experience with YouTube creators is a plus).
    Expertise in converting leads from free communities (Discord, email lists, etc.) into paying customers.
    Strong background in digital marketing, email automation, and community engagement.
    Experience with creators in the Amazon KDP or e-commerce space is advantageous.
