Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with robust SEO skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in social media management, demonstrating their ability to effectively grow brands through strategic content creation and engagement. Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including blogs, vlogs, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation: Create and manage high-quality content quickly, utilizing AI generators for outlines but writing the content manually to ensure originality and relevance.
Ad Campaigns: Design and execute effective ad campaigns and online strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret social media metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Brand Growth: Grow the brand’s followers and engagement from scratch, ensuring consistent and measurable growth.
Social Media Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives.
SEO Integration: Incorporate SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in social media management with a track record of successfully growing brands or companies.
SEO Skills: Strong SEO skills with the ability to optimize content for search engines.
Ad Creation: Proficiency in creating and managing ads and online strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to interpret social media figures and metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality content quickly and efficiently.
Platform Experience: Experience with various social media platforms and content types, including blogs, vlogs, and TikTok videos.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and industry trends.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
