We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Setup and Affiliate Program Manager. Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Setup:

    Setup and Management: Set up and manage the TikTok shop, ensuring all products are accurately listed and optimized for visibility.
    Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and visuals.
    Integration: Ensure seamless integration with our existing e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
    Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
    Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize shop performance and drive growth.

Affiliate Program Management:

    Strategy Development: Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit and onboard influencers, bloggers, and other potential affiliates to join our program.
    Promotional Materials: Create and distribute promotional materials, including banners, links, and discount codes.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in setting up and managing e-commerce shops, preferably on TikTok.
    Strong understanding of social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
    Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    Ability to create engaging content and promotional materials.
    Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination.
    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.

Preferred Experience:

    Previous experience in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
