I'm looking to bring on board an engineer to support me with regular bugfixes and feature updates for a client. This person should be relatively flexible to work on a weekly sprint cadence, with a total of 2-3 small projects per week. We can be flexible on the compensation method, either per project or on a weekly retainer.

I'd like to start out with a trial period of a week or two to get the ball rolling, and then continue moving forward over time if the collaboration is mutual. I'm looking for someone who will eventually be able to support my clients over a medium/long term supply of work.
