Position: Part-Time Email Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management: Develop and send out three relevant email campaigns per week, incorporating A/B testing for subject lines to optimize open rates and engagement.
    Flow Optimization: Maintain and optimize existing email flows, ensuring they align with our promotional periods and leveraging A/B testing to maximize effectiveness.
    List Segmentation: Regularly clean and segment the email list to improve targeting and relevance of email content.
    Reporting: Provide weekly reports on email marketing activities, including performance metrics and insights, using a pre-made spreadsheet.
    Brand Consistency: Ensure all email content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and aesthetic.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience in email marketing, particularly with Klaviyo, and a successful track record of driving revenue through email campaigns.
    Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the home, garden, and furniture industry is highly favorable.
    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
    Creativity: Ability to craft engaging and visually appealing email content that resonates with our audience.
    Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all email communications.
    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
