Description & Requirements:
RAA Investments is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our leadership team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive operations.

This is a fully remote position, providing you with the flexibility to work from your own environment and manage your own time. You will work on diverse projects across different sectors that RAA Investments participates in, as well as supporting the RAA brand itself.

Responsibilities:

    Conduct market research and compile relevant data.
    Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, presentations, and reports.
    Create and maintain structure in Google Drive and other document management systems.
    Manage project management tools to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
    Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    Notify and update team members on important deadlines, meetings, and tasks.
    Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team.
    Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, filing, and data entry.
    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project completion.
    Support the executive team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
    Fluent in English.
    Minimum availability: 15 hours per week.
