Description:

We are looking for a Kubernetes Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and upgrading Kubernetes clusters and deployments, with a preference for experience with supported variants such as IBM/Red Hat Open Shift.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    Kubernetes Expertise:
        Knowledge of Kubernetes capacity and availability management.
        Implement solutions leveraging Open Shift/Kubernetes clusters.
        Configure peripherals and services, manage settings and storage.
        Deploy cloud-native applications and monitor Open Shift/Kubernetes environments.

    Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Management:
        Extensive experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
        Understanding of cloud concepts such as networking, security, monitoring, and debugging.

    Linux and Virtualization:
        Strong technical experience with Linux and virtualization technologies for application deployment and operations.
        Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Virtualization, VMWare vSphere, KVM, etc.

    Scripting and Automation:
        Advanced skills in scripting and automation using Shell scripts, Linux command line tools.
        Experience with build and monitoring tools like Jenkins, Nexus, etc.

    System Administration:
        Linux system administration skills in networking, IP, DNS, DHCP, containers, and package management.

    Project On boarding:
        Hands-on experience with project on boarding.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with IBM/Red Hat Open Shift.
    Certification in Kubernetes administration.
    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
