We are seeking an experienced Social Media Market Research Specialist to help expand our online personal training business by managing and growing our social media profiles, especially Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fitness industry, proven experience in conducting market research, and success in developing strategies that drive audience engagement and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research:
        Conduct comprehensive research within the online personal training niche to identify trends, content strategies, and audience behaviors.
        Compile a detailed Excel spreadsheet of viral videos in the fitness niche, including an analysis of the hooks, formats, and strategies that contributed to their success.
        Analyze the social media content of competitors and influencers in the fitness industry to extract actionable insights for growth.

    Instagram Management:
        Manage and grow the Instagram profile through regular content updates, audience engagement, and the implementation of growth strategies.
        Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's voice.
        Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.

    Strategy Development:
        Provide strategic recommendations based on research to grow the Instagram audience and attract new clients.
        Develop and implement strategies aimed at acquiring new clients through effective content creation and social media interaction.
        Offer ongoing advice and insights on the direction and improvement of the social media strategy.

Qualifications:

    Proven experience in social media market research within the fitness or wellness industry.
    Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies, with a track record of managing and growing social media profiles.
    Proficiency in Excel for organizing research data and presenting it in a clear format.
    Ability to identify key trends, hooks, and strategies from viral content and apply them to grow your profile.
    Demonstrated success in helping businesses or brands acquire clients through social media.
    Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.
    A passion for fitness and knowledge of the online personal training market is a plus.
