We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchising Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding businesses through the franchising process, from concept development to franchisee recruitment and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to design and implement franchise systems that are scalable, profitable, and compliant with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities:

    Franchise Development:
        Analyze business models to assess franchisability and develop comprehensive franchise programs (including franchise agreements, operations manuals, and marketing strategies).

    Consultation and Compliance:
        Provide ongoing guidance on franchise development, ensuring compliance with franchising laws and regulations. Assist in preparing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD).

    Franchisee Recruitment:
        Develop and implement strategies for recruiting qualified franchisees. Oversee evaluation, selection, and onboarding of candidates.

    Training and Support:
        Create and deliver training programs for franchisees, providing continuous support to ensure operational excellence, brand alignment, and profitability.

    Marketing and Brand Development:
        Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective franchise marketing materials and campaigns. Support franchisees in local marketing efforts.

    Strategic Planning:
        Work with senior management to create long-term franchise growth strategies. Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for expanding into new markets.

Qualifications:

    Education:
        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

    Experience:
        Extensive experience in franchising, including franchise development, operations, and consulting.
        Proven track record in franchisee recruitment, support, and franchise operations.

    Compliance Knowledge:
        Strong understanding of franchising laws and regulations, including experience with preparing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD).
