Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in Instagram and TikTok marketing for e-commerce brands. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to grow our social media presence, engage our community, and drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement tailored strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and conversions on Instagram and TikTok.
Leverage platform-specific tools like Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shopping to streamline the customer journey.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Management
Create and schedule visually stunning, on-brand content, including posts, reels, and stories, that resonate with our target audience.
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
3. Community Engagement & Influence Collaboration
Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Collaborate with influences and content creators to amplify brand awareness and drive sales.
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor and analyze key metrics like engagement rates, conversion rates, and follower growth.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
5. E-Commerce Integration
Use social media strategies to drive traffic to the online store and boost sales.
Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to align efforts with sales objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media for e-commerce brands with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Expertise in Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and e-commerce best practices.
Familiarity with social commerce tools like Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shopping.
Proficiency in creating high-quality visuals and videos (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset for crafting compelling, sales-driven content.
Bonus: Experience with luxury or jewelry brands.
