About the Role
We are seeking a Community & Engagement Manager to help drive the growth and success of the B2B CMO Club by managing member engagement, moderating discussions, and overseeing email campaigns. This part-time, remote position requires 20 hours per month with flexible hours. You will play a key role in shaping the community experience and ensuring that our members enjoy a valuable and high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Moderation
Post engaging content in the community, including discussion prompts, industry insights, and event reminders.
Monitor conversations to ensure high-value discussions and enforce the no-sell policy.
Encourage participation by seeding conversations, introducing new topics, and connecting members with similar challenges or interests.
Email Campaigns & Member Communication
Manage email campaigns using ActiveCampaign (e.g., onboarding emails, event reminders, engagement updates).
Send regular check-ins and feedback requests (e.g., 3-month surveys, engagement nudges).
Craft and format compelling emails that keep members engaged, informed, and excited about upcoming events.
Event Support & Coordination
Assist in organizing and facilitating biweekly mastermind sessions.
Send follow-up emails with key takeaways and action points from each session.
Help manage the waitlist, approval process, and referrals for new members.
