Job Description:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms. You will develop content that promotes our products, engages our audience, and strengthens our brand presence. Your goal will be to create compelling content that drives traffic, increases engagement, and boosts sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing goals
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
Write captivating captions and use relevant hashtags to increase reach and engagement
Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to adjust content strategies as needed
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is fresh and relevant
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and effective campaigns
Respond to comments and messages from followers to foster a positive community
Create content in both English and Arabic to cater to our diverse audience
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content creation and management
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva)
Strong knowledge of content creation and marketing strategies
Familiarity with mom and baby products and the parenting community
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic
Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
Graphic design skills
