About Us:
GOJA is a dynamic company with several successful Amazon-focused brands. We are looking to expand our reach through affiliate marketing, specifically utilizing TikTok Affiliate and Amazon Creator Connections. Our brands are well-established on Amazon and include Luna Bean Hand Casting, UpNature, Chambong, MagicFiber Microfibers, AlphaGrillers, and MattSafe Mattress Moving and Storage Bags. We aim to initiate success with a few key brands and then expand the scope.

Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to expand our reach on TikTok and through Amazon Creator Connections.
    Collaborate with a team of three to coordinate and manage campaigns.
    Conduct affiliate influencer outreach and manage relationships.
    Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

    Proven experience with TikTok Shops and TikTok Affiliate marketing.
    Familiarity with Amazon Creator Connections.
    Strong background in affiliate influencer outreach and management.
    Proficiency in campaign reporting and analytics.

Project Scope:

    Initial focus on 1 to 3 brands with potential expansion based on success.
    Aggressive commission structure as manufacturers and sellers.
    Potential for a 3-month campaign to be extended to 6 months based on performance.
